Return & Refund Policy – Slayvana

At Slayvana, we are committed to delivering premium quality fashion and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order with Slayvana, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)
  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • Free from stains, perfumes, or any signs of use
  • The item is returned with:
    • Original tags intact
    • Original packaging (bags/boxes)
    • Invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Slayvana reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items purchased during special clearance or limited-time offers

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at connect@slayvana.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images/videos showing the issue
  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved:

  • You will receive instructions for return pickup or self-shipping
  • The product must be dispatched within the timeline provided

4. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup Available: In select locations, we will arrange a pickup
  • Self-Shipping Required: If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product to the address provided by our team

Important Guidelines:

  • Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit
  • Slayvana is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit if not properly packed

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check (QC)
  • If approved:
    • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details

6. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size issue (subject to availability)

Conditions:

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability
  • If the product is not available, a full refund will be issued instead

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges:
    • Free if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
    • Customer-borne for all other returns (e.g., size issue, preference change)

8. Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos as proof

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary)

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • You may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy

11. Fraud & Abuse Policy

Slayvana reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Reject repeated return requests from the same customer
  • Take necessary action in case of misuse of the return policy

12. Policy Updates

Slayvana reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
